It is also important to be in touch with employees and reporting/sharing information with them on their reported suggestions and concerns. Each safety case will be handled individually.

The Committee will review summaries of injury and illness reports. Accident data will be compiled from accident reports/worker's compensation claims to monitor and analyze case information.  Members will make recommendations for corrective actions, assist in communicating committee activities to employees and set and example by working safely and promoting employee consciousness of safe working habits and procedures.

Meeting Schedule
Committee meetings will be held quarterly or more often if necessary. Future agendas will be sent out in advance and as early as possible. In addition, to make it as convenient as possible for members to plan their schedules to accommodate Safety Committee meetings, every effort will be made to plan meetings around Activity Hour. It is requested that members attend all Safety Committee meetings, or as many as possible.
